What file do I need to send?
A JPG or PNG of 20 megapixels or more. The configurator checks the resolution as you upload and tells you if it falls short. We also accept TIFF and PDF, reviewed by our graphics team before printing. For vector or layout files, get in touch and we handle those separately.

Can you cut a size that is not on the list?
Yes. The sizes on this page are the most ordered ones, but in the configurator you enter your own to the millimetre and see the price and the artwork before deciding. Cutting is included: the panel leaves the factory already at size.

Is it suitable for outdoors?
Yes. Aluminium composite takes on no water and does not warp in the sun — which is exactly what ruins a foam-board sign or a vinyl stuck onto something else. It is the standard material for façades, site hoarding and shop-window signs.

Can I order a single piece?
Yes, there is no minimum order: from one unit. And if you need another one later, you reorder with the same file and get an identical panel — same colour, same cut.

What if I don't like it when it arrives?
Every panel is made with your file and to your size, so we cannot sell it to anyone else — which is why we do not take returns. In exchange, the configurator shows you on screen how it will look before you pay; and if it were to arrive with a manufacturing fault, you write to us and we sort it out.
