Why custom panels can’t be returned
Each panel is made with your motif and your exact measurements. European law (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, art. 103.a) excludes made-to-order products from the 14-day right of withdrawal — it’s consistent: we couldn’t resell them to anyone else.
That’s why, before manufacturing, we send you a free visual preview within 48 hours: a realistic image of your panel so you can confirm the result. While you haven’t given your OK you can cancel at no cost. It’s the key moment: take your time.
What can be returned — standard accessories
If you only buy accessories without customisation (aluminium profiles, cleaning products, tools, mounts), you have 14 calendar days from delivery to return them without justification.
Conditions:
- Product unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense.
- We refund the price of the product within 14 days by the same payment method.
If the product arrives defective or wrong
If you receive a panel with a manufacturing defect, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered: we cover everything (replacement or full refund, including shipping).
The important thing: let us know as soon as you see it, ideally with photos of the product and packaging. The sooner the better to handle it with the carrier.
Warranty
3-year statutory warranty of conformity + 5-year manufacturer warranty on aluminium panels. Covers material and manufacturing defects under normal use. Does not cover damage from incorrect installation, subsequent impacts or aesthetic wear.
