What businesses ask most.

  • What can I print?

    Your logo, your design or your photo — whatever you want seen large in your business. You set it up in the configurator at your measurements and see how it looks before deciding.

  • Which files do you accept?

    In the configurator, JPG or PNG of 20 megapixels or more (around 5,500 × 3,650 px). We also accept TIFF and PDF — our graphics team reviews those before printing. If you work with vector or layout files, send them over and we prepare them for you.

  • What if my file is not good enough?

    The configurator tells you before letting you go on, not after you pay. If it falls short, write to us: there is almost always a better version of the file somewhere, and if there is not, we prepare it.

  • Can I order a single piece?

    Yes. From 1 unit, no minimum order. You can order one, see it up in your place and decide about the rest afterwards.

  • Can I see how it looks before paying?

    Yes. The configurator shows you your design placed on the piece, at your measurements, before you pay. What you see there is what gets made.

  • How large can you print?

    Up to 3 metres in a single piece, with no seams. Above that it is solved in several pieces, and the configurator works it out for you.

  • How long does it take?

    10 to 14 working days from the order, production and shipping included. Got a date? Write to us before buying and we will see whether we can prioritise it.

  • Do I need building work to install it?

    No. The piece mounts onto the wall or surface you already have, without breaking anything. Fitting is quick and the adhesive cures within 24 to 48 hours before heavy use.

  • Does it hold up in a space with damp, steam or grease?

    Yes. It is 3 mm composite aluminium, 100% waterproof, antibacterial and with no seams for dirt to collect in. With a 5-year manufacturer warranty.

  • Do I get an invoice for my business?

    Yes, with every order you receive an invoice with VAT itemised, made out to your company.
