Exercise of your rights (GDPR)

The rights you have

The GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the LOPDGDD (Spanish Organic Law 3/2018) recognise the following rights over your personal data:

  • Access: find out what data of yours we process and for what purpose.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure (right to be forgotten): delete your data when it is no longer necessary.
  • Objection: object to processing for reasons related to your particular situation.
  • Restriction: restrict processing to mere storage for a period of time.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller.
  • Withdraw the consent you previously gave, without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.
  • Not be subject to automated decisions with significant legal effects.
  • Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).

How to exercise them

Send an email to info@print-it.biz with the subject “GDPR rights request” and include:

  1. Your name, surname and ID/passport number.
  2. A copy of a document proving your identity. Without it we can’t process the request (it’s a safeguard so that nobody can access your data in your name).
  3. State clearly which right you’re exercising and, if applicable, the specific data the request applies to.
  4. The address to send the reply to (postal or email).
  5. Date and signature.

Deadlines

We’ll reply within a maximum of 1 month from receiving the request. In complex cases that deadline may be extended by another 2 months, with notice to you within the first month.
