¿Qué tipos de archivos puedo subir?

Casi cualquier imagen normal: JPG, PNG o TIFF. Si vienes de un diseño profesional también aceptamos PDF, PSD o AI — esos los revisa nuestro equipo gráfico a mano.

¿Y si mi foto es pequeña o borrosa?

Te avisamos en el momento de subirla. Si no tiene suficiente calidad para el tamaño que eliges, te proponemos un tamaño más pequeño que sí se vea bien. Nunca fabricamos algo que sabemos que va a quedar mal.

¿Veo cómo queda antes de comprar?

Sí. El configurador te muestra tu diseño en pantalla, a tu medida y con tu foto o la imagen del catálogo que elijas, antes de añadirlo al carrito. Lo que ves es lo que fabricamos.

Producimos en Alemania bajo pedido: entre 10 y 14 días laborables para producción y envío a península. Para pedidos urgentes escribe antes de comprar y vemos si podemos priorizar.

Con un paño suave y jabón neutro. Nada de estropajos abrasivos ni limpiadores con disolventes. El acabado aguanta humedad, vapor y contacto directo con agua — está pensado para ducha.

¿Hace falta obra para instalarlo?

No. Los paneles se pegan directamente sobre la pared existente (alicatado, yeso, pintura) con el adhesivo específico. Una sola persona lo instala en una tarde.

¿Qué pasa si cambio de opinión?

Cada panel se fabrica a medida con tu diseño, así que no se puede devolver ni revender. Por eso el configurador te enseña el resultado en pantalla antes de comprar: decides con todo a la vista. Si algo llegara defectuoso de fábrica, lo solucionamos.

¿Y si no tengo una foto propia?
